1. Overview

At QuickEmbed AI, we strive to build the most reliable RAG infrastructure for your business. We understand that your needs may change. This policy details our refund process for our subscription-based services.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions on our Pro and Business plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

After the first 7 days, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Prepaid Credits & Top-ups

Prepaid credits and top-ups (calculated in cents) used for overages are non-refundable once purchased. These credits do not expire and stay in your wallet until consumed by AI queries or storage usage.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used via LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
